phplago Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phplago ("phplago," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phplago.app. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on phplago, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the phplago platform. Continued use of phplago following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and maintain an account on phplago, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum age prescribed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for participation in casino-style gaming activities. phplago strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification (KYC).
• Identity: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one (1) phplago account. Creating, operating, or having access to multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances.
• No Beneficial Use by Third Parties: You may not register or maintain an account on behalf of another person, or allow any third party to use your account credentials to place wagers.
• PAGCOR Compliance: You must not be a PAGCOR-listed excluded or self-excluded person or otherwise barred from online gaming under applicable Philippine regulations.
• KYC Verification: You agree to submit valid government-issued Philippine identification documents upon request by phplago. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions and may result in account suspension.

phplago reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its discretion if eligibility requirements are not met or if false information is provided during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phplago account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of phplago from shared or public devices immediately after each session.
• Notify phplago support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phplago will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such unauthorized use arises from your failure to safeguard your credentials. All transactions conducted through your account credentials will be treated as authorized by you unless you have notified phplago of a security breach in advance of such transactions.

All financial transactions on phplago are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phplago does not charge currency conversion fees. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Accepted payment channels include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay.
• Deposits are credited to your phplago account in real time for e-wallet channels and within standard banking hours for bank transfers.
• phplago reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding applicable thresholds under Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawals require completed KYC identity verification prior to processing.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts on a 24/7 basis.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 banking hours during business days.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to payment methods registered under the same verified identity as the phplago account. Third-party payment is prohibited.
• phplago may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

All wagers placed on phplago are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game's interface:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. These limits may vary by game category, live table, and VIP tier.
• Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended. phplago is not responsible for bets placed in error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined in accordance with the game's technical rules. Where a round cannot be completed, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.
• For sports betting, all bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body. In-play bets accepted after the outcome is determined (due to delay) will be voided and stakes returned.
• phplago reserves the right to void any bet suspected to have been placed in relation to match-fixing or other forms of fraud, without notice.
• Odds and game results are generated by certified random number generators or sourced from official sporting results. phplago does not manipulate game outcomes.

phplago offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions, plus any specific terms published with each promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, once per household, and once per IP address.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and sports bets may carry reduced contribution percentages. Contribution rates are published for each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Unused bonus funds will be removed from accounts upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: phplago employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting, collusion, and use of multiple accounts. Detection of any such activity will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phplago platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using phplago while under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or using more than one phplago account.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated means to access or place bets on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches in games for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known glitch are void and subject to recovery.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the phplago platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any competitive game format.
• Placing bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than for genuine gaming purposes ("bonus arbitrage").
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise unacceptable conduct toward phplago staff or other players via live chat or any other channel.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any phplago game or platform component.

phplago reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Detection of multiple accounts operated by the same individual.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under phplago's Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons unrelated to fraud or Terms violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the same payment channel used for their most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification and standard processing timelines.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, phplago reserves the right to retain all funds in the account pending investigation, and may permanently forfeit such funds where the breach is confirmed.

phplago is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. We comply with applicable PAGCOR responsible gaming standards and provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced instantly; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session reminders and automatic logouts after a specified duration of play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Reaching the threshold triggers an automatic session end for the period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion directly from their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its duration. During self-exclusion, phplago will not send promotional communications to the affected player.
• Reality Check: Periodic in-session notifications display elapsed session time and net gaming activity to help players stay aware of their activity levels.

phplago will not knowingly permit a self-excluded player to reactivate their account before the expiry of the self-exclusion period. Any attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account will result in all such accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

All content on the phplago platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, and video content — is the exclusive intellectual property of phplago or its licensed third-party content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phplago platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any phplago content without the prior written consent of phplago. Any unauthorized use of phplago intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phplago's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to phplago in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phplago shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gaming activity on the platform, which is inherently subject to chance.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or factors outside phplago's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of phplago, even if phplago has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits phplago's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

phplago collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using phplago, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

phplago implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. For details on your data rights and how to exercise them, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the phplago platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and phplago:

• You should first contact phplago support at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. phplago will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 business days.
• If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved through direct communication, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable to the regulated activity in question.
• For unresolved disputes falling outside PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phplago reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor updates (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or non-material policy adjustments) may be made without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms, bearing the effective date shown at the top of this page, will always be accessible at phplago.app/terms-conditions. Your continued use of phplago after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
